About the Role
As a result of our incredible growth plans over the next few years, we are looking for a CRM Manager to join us. This is a brand new role in our business, taking full ownership of our CRM strategy and transforming how we engage with hundreds of millions of students across the world.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the CRM Manager will create and execute the CRM strategy for Student Beans and our sister company, Voxburner. You will be our CRM Guru and technical expert, supporting the Marketing team and wider business by delivering creative and effective campaigns to increase user retention. The CRM Manager will directly manage an Email Executive, with the opportunity to grow a larger team as Student Beans triples in size and expands internationally.

- Creation and implementation of the CRM strategy, in order to increase user retention.
- Briefing and deployment of innovative, creative and impactful CRM campaigns across B2C and B2B.
- Testing, reporting and analysis of campaigns post-delivery, providing actionable insights to the business.
- Line management of an Email Executive.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the Marketing team and wider business.
We’d really like to hear from you, if you have …
- Proven success within a similar CRM role
- A secret love for data - you’re at home with an Excel spreadsheet - and ideally have touched on relevant tools e.g. Tableau, Looker, SQL.
- Experience creating and delivering successful CRM marketing campaigns in a B2C environment.
- You are one of a kind - a visionary and creative, but with a data-driven approach to CRM and marketing.
